Ed the tech from 24 hour was very nice and super great! Although my central air conditioner unit is not quite 3 years old and being on the silver maintenance plan with your company who installed it I haven't had any checkups since the beginning of 2018 . I was told that 24 Hour would contact me to schedule my regular checkups for the air conditioning unit as well as the furnace. According to the maintenance agreement I am supposed to have a free checkup once a year which hasn't happened! Seems how this is a newer unit I'm very worried that it is already having problems! I am hoping that these problems don't continue to happen as it is a newer a/c unit ! Very concerned and don't know why my maintenance agreement is not being followed by 24 Hour Home Comfort!
