Excellent experience service was great!
The service tech that came to my house was very professional punctual and doing this kind of work isn't easy for anyone my hat goes off to him and all the heating and cooling contractors out there the grin and bear it because we all essential people that do work like him let's not forget about him everybody and (HCS) good call
Sean did a great job on a blistering hot day of stops, replacing my capacitor. Thankfully it was an easy fix so he didn't have to be out in the heat longer than needed!!
Had a problem with AC not starting. Called after 5 pm and had a tech here at 8:30 pm on a very busy day for them. Got us back in service in a few minutes. Thanks Brad for the help!
Phil came out to look at our AC that's not working, and of course its a hot week. He went above and beyond with us. He knew we couldn't afford a new AC...my husband had cardiac arrest, and his medical bill is $350,000. Thank God for insurance, but still no $ for that this year. He said he wasn't going to leave without jury rigging it before he left (for just a trip charge) I'm still in tears. This is a good company, and Phil was amazing. There are still good people in this world.
