Friendly, efficient and honest service with the tech that came to our home. I signed up for annual service again. More training on troubleshooting smart thermostats would be a plus. Ironically, our NEST lost WiFi the day before scheduled service. The device works fine manually but still no WiFi connection since the tech was not familiar. Perhaps I should have notified about the problem before the visit.
