Been using 24-hour service for a few years now on their maintenance plan and they are great at making sure we are scheduled for the maintenance and every service person who come here is nice and helpful. Today, we had Tom and he gave a little extra by sharing an apple cake recipe. Looking forward to trying it.

Called 24HR on a Sunday and immediately got a technician to come over to fix a boiler issue. Tom is our usual service guy and he fortunately did not have to come over after I discovered the stoppage was due to a thermostat. We chatted like we always do and it was great to know we have a reliable and responsive company with great people. Thank you !
I love when my guy comes here. He is very nice, makes me feel very safe to have him in my home. I hope to see him again in the spray for my AC.
