The Home Comfort Advisor who I met with, Dave, was personable, professional, knowledgeable and a great person to deal with and he answered my questions and put together a plan that best suited me. The installers who came to install the new furnace and A/C, Duane and his young associate, were also professional, knowledgeable, personable and took care when installing the units. We had the kindest service technician come to our home and perform maintenance on both our AC unit and boiler. I know a new boss was hired about a year ago and you can tell it's a much better working environment for the techs!
