I am so glad to have scheduled a call when my furnace went out. I was so worried that I would need a whole new system. Tom is super understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable. Was able to show me that it was just the moisture button that triggered the shut off and what to do if something like that ever happened again. Even looked into the furnace to make sure it ran smoothly after 2 months of no use. I usually don't make reviews but I just had to for the wonderful service I have had.
