Changed my filter and also specified my whole house humidifier filter needed to be replaced which I wasn't aware there even was one. Not sure how the past three years the techs did not mention but very happy to be aware and currently have a clean filter in place. Great job by this technician to help keep my HVAC investment warrantied and functioning well.
