Ric, the 24 HR technician that came to my home has been here before, so he was very knowledgeable
about the history of my furnace. It is wonderful to have technicians that you can relate to year after year and who know your HVAC. Ric has always been professional and courteous when at my home.
The "service not listed" is humidifier installation, maintenance, and service. I have had a security blanket with 24/7 for many years and purchased a new furnace through them that they installed. I am a single man, 84 years old, living alone, so I need reliable service to be available. 24/7 has done an excellent job in every respect except one: the people on the phone during the overnight hours do a poor job of calling back when I have called in for emergency service. I believe that 24/7 has just recently contracted with new people for this, so this may change if other people complain as well. Otherwise, everything about 24/7 is well done and service is dependable..
Came for scheduled maintenance of furnace and installed new water panel on Aprilaire - which I requested per the fault code. Spent time checking everything so I feel comfortable knowing my furnace is running properly. No upselling or unnecessary items - which I greatly appreciate!!
