Our furnace started acting up last night, fan running constantly with no heat. In the morning, I called and spoke with a very nice lady that was genuinely concerned about my issue. After 30 mins or so the technician, Will, gave me a call and walked me through a few simple possibilities but determined he would need to stop out. Arrived about an hour and a half later. After looking into things, gave me the bad news, a bad board. Gave me my options, which none are what someone wants but it is what it is. Our furnace was installed in 1996, so after getting 26 years out of it, just not worth throwing away money on parts. We have decided to have a new furnace installed since the time frame to order and receive the board or install new was the same. Will was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his was on a Saturday to run back to the shop and loan us a couple space heaters until our install day. I am confident we will get the same professional service when the new furnace is installed in a couple days.

So, it's getting late and the house is getting... cold. The Nest Thermostat says "you have a problem." Furnace kicks on, then off with no heat. I look through the archives, and we have called these guys four times. OK. what's one more? Call is placed. Short story, a really nice guy shows up as soon as he can, and fixes my furnace. I'm calling these guys next time! Highly recommended.
