I had a problem with the installation of my dehumidifier, leaking water. I called in the evening & was called early in the morning as promised. The tech, Dan who has been here before, came on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem & fixed it. A valve had been installed backwards so the water wasn't draining properly. I prefer having people who have been here before do the maintenance service.
