Jeremy and his partner were great. They setup the thermostat program, showed me how to use the thermostat, explained how my new furnace which is a Rheem 80% efficiency unit works, what type filter I will need and how often to change filter. Went over eveything. Very professional putting down carpet protector and wearing shoe coverings and cleaning up afterwards. Overall very pleased with how fast and smoothly everything went. Before they left they answered my questions.

Needed to order part onlyt problem

We set up a date weeks in advance, and the service tech did not show up during the scheduled time slot. I called HQ, and the receptionist quickly determined that the service tech had gone to the wrong house, and she quickly set up another service call for the following day. At no time did we receive a call from the service techs indicating when they would be arriving, and no call from the service tech who couldn't find our house. Although the second tech did a great job, working cleanly and quickly, the overall experience this time around was marred by the lack of communication.
